The scissors lift DUO CM 4.2 A, for above-floor installation, lifts vehicles of up to 4.2 t and is optimally suited for wheel alignment checks due to its high level of stability. Its robust and well-established construction is designed for maximum service life and high vehicle throughputs. Protected within the lifting cylinders, the integrated maintenance-free displacement measurement sensor (absolute linear measurement system) eliminates the need for light barriers for synchronisation monitoring and electric switches for lift height detection.

  • Automatic synchronisation of runways andthe optional wheel-free jack
  • Protected within the lifting cylinders, the maintenance-free integrated displacement measurement encoder ('linear-absolute measuring system') eliminates the need for light barriers for synchronisation monitoring and electric switches for lift height detection
  • High level of safety due to immediate switch-off in case of (one-sided) collision with obstacle at minimum height difference
  • Crushing and shearing protection due to CE stop
  • Stops automatically upon rising to desired lifting height with custom programmable breakpoint

  • Slanted runways available for easy drive-on and drive-off
  • Optional dual latch for chassis alignment as a means of added stability within the scissor arm (not available in combination with wheel-free jacks)
