With a total area of 36,000 m2, the Reisacher family business has opened the largest BMW car dealership in all of Swabia at its Augsburg location. MAHA accompanied its creation from the sketches to the opening.
The preliminary planning for this project began as early as 2015, when the location and the overall concept were decided upon. While the design planning already started at the end of 2017, the construction and workshop planning was concretized with corresponding product proposals from MAHA the following year.
In the winter of 2018, construction work at Reisacher and at MAHA simultaneously started production of the first built-in parts. The customer chose the Megaflex system in order to be able to use the workplaces with maximum flexibility and at the same time keep maintenance requirements to a minimum. This allows the size of the workstations to be flexibly adapted to the dimensions of future vehicles.
The complete planning including customer-specific special construction projects was completed in the second half of 2019. At the end of 2019 MAHA began supplying Reisacher with lifts, brake testers and other accessories. With a great deal of commitment and well thought-out planning, MAHA and Reisacher pursued a common goal: the completion of the customer-oriented car dealership in autumn 2020, enabling Reisacher to offer its customers the most comprehensive range of BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad as well as Alpina vehicles in Augsburg and the surrounding area. "There is no comparable project", says owner and managing director Peter Reisacher.
