Standard Mobile Column Lifts

LIFTING WITH CONFIDENCE: THE MAHA USA MOBILE COLUMN LIFTING SYSTEM

MAHA USA’s ALI/ETL certified Mobile Column Lifts (MCL) are powerful, compact and easier to use and move than any other Mobile Lift on the market. MAHA USA’s MCLs guarantee no fluid leaks or synchronization problems that are often associated with hydraulic columns. Lifting capacities of 16,000 lbs or 18,000 lbs per lift and up to 144,000 lbs per system is available, giving the option to lift a number of applications, including commercial fleets, municipality fleets and airport authority fleets.

Ultimate Saftey Features
Every MAHA USA Mobile Column Lift is certified by the American Lift Institute (ALI/ETL), but built to an even higher standard. MAHA USA incorporates numerous redundant technologies into each lift to ensure safe, trouble free operation through years of tough, demanding use. These back-up systems are not required for certification, giving an added measure of safety with every MAHA USA MCL.

Load Control: The Primary System holds raised vehicles in place by heavy duty industrial brakes that engage automatically when the lift stops at ANY height. The Redundant System’s wedge locks prevent the lifts from lowering in the unlikely event of a primary system failure. The locks are independent of the lifting mechanism, and engage directly with the columns. Their stand-by roles keeps them in like-new condition throughout the life of the lift.

Sychronization: The Primary System keeps vehicles level during lifting and lowering due to the uniform speed of the column’s mechanical drive. The Redundant System has electronic controls to monitor the lift and make minor corrections if an out-of-level condition should occur. If level cannot be restored, the lift system shuts down.

Optional Carriages
Long Fork Carriage: For wider double tires and super single drive axle tires. Also suited for military floatation-type tires.
Universal Carriage: Adjustable wheel forks for any wheel size. Optional flat forks are the optimum solution for raising forklifts and rail vehicles by the frame.

Return on Investment
Independent studies have shown that an investment for a set of MAHA Mobile Column Lifts can be recovered already after 120 days, if the lifts are used by four technicians, 40 hours a week. After that the additional revenue generated per year would be around $55,000.
