When Know-how Cooperates...
MAHA Maschinenbau Haldenwang GmbH & Co. KG and Albert Berner Deutschland GmbH, two major players in the automotive industry, understand the synergy effect that results from the merger of two successful companies. For this reason they are entering into an exclusive distribution agreement. At the same time the foundation has been laid for the new Berner Expert Alliance. Both MAHA and Berner, active in the automotive industry, but with different fields of emphasis, complement each other wonderfully.
